AWC Valentine's Day Baking

If you been inspired by The Great British Bake Off to get baking or just want a fun opportunity to bake with others, then this Zoom baking class is not to be missed! Join in and bake along during the interactive session or put the kettle on and watch, enjoying the opportunity ask questions along the way.

Susie Whitfield, an experienced baker and teacher who hails from Albuquerque and has been in the U.K. for 25 years, will guide us through making our Valentine’s  Day bakes. Susie is the founder of The Cotswolds Baking Workshop and teaches from her home kitchen.

 We will be baking mini salted caramel brownie bites, amaretti biscuits (naturally gluten free!) and a luscious passion fruit curd.  

The session will take place on Zoom on Thursday 11 February at 3:00pm GMT and will last approximately an hour and a half.
