Featured Speakers

  • Emily van Eerten, President FAWCO, Barbara Bühling, President of the FAWCO Foundation, and Rozanne Van Rie FAWCO Second VP
  • Bethie Hungerford, a singing, cooking, traveling, dreaming, American mama in London. Born and raised in a small farming town north of Seattle, Bethie has spent the last eight years living (and loving) in South London with her family.  With a cookbook out this year and an incredibly successful podcast, Friends with Recipes, Bethie is an inspiration for women everywhere to be brave and be themselves — because you never know where it may lead.
  • Meg Lyons, Career and Life Coach who discovered coaching in January 2012, and was so excited about a role that used her skills of listening and holding space for people to talk honestly and openly, understanding more about what makes people tick, advocating and championing people, and challenging individuals and teams to be the best they can be. Meg completed the Core Curriculum of over 100 hours of training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a global provider of coaching training and recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the professional body for coaches. In June 2016, Meg gained her professional certification through CTI as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and accreditation by the ICF as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Meg will be leading a workshop on Vision Boards.
  • Michelle Feeneya visionary business leader who has created cult global beauty products and brands, gaining extensive knowledge of the sector with world-leading blue chip businesses in the US and the UK. Her approach has been shaped by three key factors: her uncompromising determination to create businesses that excel in their field; a natural talent for the creative challenge of developing successful cult brands, harnessing the power of committed and passionate teams of people; and finally, her core belief in the importance of corporate social responsibility. In 2017 Michelle launched her own brand, ‘Floral Street’, a modern British fragrance brand. She is also on the board of Palatine, a private equity firm.

Please email R1Meeting@awclondon.org if you have questions about the one day conference or related activities.
